Talent Show Blast!

     Hello everyone!  Lucy here.  I have a story to share with you about a local event.  There are polls.  Please respond.  Time is running out! 
     Today there was a local talent show in my town!  The hostesses were two of Emma's friends.  So what is so special about this ordinary talent show?  Well, it was not an ordinary talent show.  The hostesses charged spectators and contestants and gave them tickets.  There was a good number of people there.  All of the proceeds went to the animal shelter!  Lewis and Emma got honorable mention!  The first three places won money.  The kind winners decided to give their cash to the animal shelter as well.  It was a lot of fun!  There were a total of fourteen acts.  It was a great event.
